Refund Policy

Full Refund

A full refund of your payment is available only as stated in the "Cost & Payment" section of the event's details page, where you registered (located near the bottom of the page). Typically, a refund cutoff date several weeks prior to the start of the event is established as the deadline to receive a full refund. However, for some events, a full refund may not be offered at all. If you have any questions about the conditions necessary to receive a full refund, please e-mail our Event Manager.

Please allow up to five business days following your event registration cancellation to receive your full refund.

Partial Refund

A partial refund (not to exceed your payment price minus a 10% penalty) may be available after the refund cutoff date for a full refund under the following conditions:

You must cancel your registration and request a refund at least two weeks prior to the start of the event. A cancellation and refund request must be made through the Members Area of the web site if you are member. (Specify your refund request on the Event Registration Cancellation form). Non-members may submit their cancellation and refund request by sending an e-mail to our Payments Manager.
No refund will be offered if the Girls & the City is unable to secure another participant to fill the spot you have vacated.
Any event cost that is not recoverable by Girls & the City (such as a pre-payment to a supplier or facility) is not eligible for a refund.
If applicable, the supplier or facility must allow for a substitution of participants on the event.
If a partial refund is offered, it will be made via PayPal. Girls & the City is NOT responsible for any PayPal fees you incur.
If you have any questions about the conditions necessary to receive a partial refund, please e-mail our Event Manager.

Please allow up to two weeks and/or until the event is over, whichever comes last, to receive your partial refund.

Under no circumstances may you sell your registration space to anyone else. It must be "returned" to the club.

Abuse of this policy will lead to restrictions on cancellations for particular members.
